This magnificent luxury Villa dates back to the XVth century and lies on the hill of "Poggio Imperiale", one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city of Florence. Being only one mile away from Porta Romana square, a renowned "gate" into the heart of the historic district of the city, the villa is ideally located to visit Florence and its Tuscan surroundings at their very best!
The villa is nested peacefully within 4 hectares (9.9 acres) of private land and has recently been extensively renovated by the owners to the highest standards. All of the original charm and architectural features have been strictly maintained and are highlighted by the typical Tuscan landscape, second to none for its striking beauty.
Original frescoes were found in several rooms during restoration work, having previously been painted over and hidden (by past owners). Each living space has been elegantly appointed, combining traditional and contemporary elements, including artwork from the owner’s private collection which has been in the family for generations. This very special atmosphere makes the villa a truly unique gem, just within a few minutes from the very best that the city of Florence has to offer!
This secluded estate boasts breathtaking views of the beautiful Tuscan hills and provides its guests with a unique blend of indoor and outdoor living, perfect for a family reunion, a group of friends traveling together, a birthday celebration or a wedding/anniversary party. With its 8 wonderfully decorated bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom), the property offers the ultimate accommodation for your dream luxury holiday in Florence!

Aubrey Sánchez is the founder of Autumn Rose Interiors and an award-winning Interior Designer. Aubrey shows you how to transform your internal reality through how you create your external world. Her work is deeply shaped by her time living in Italy and studying Italian as an undergraduate student, as well as through her years studying and practicing Interior Design. Her connection to Italian culture, history, and beauty infuses everything she creates, including the transformational Beauty & Connection Retreat she has previously led in Tuscany. Known for her warm, grounding presence, Aubrey creates spaces and experiences where guests feel safe, inspired, and gently expanded into their most authentic selves. Jackie Cote is your Freedom Mentor, International Speaker/Author, an RV Adventurist and the owner of Jackie Cote Coaching. Jackie mentors ambitious women to simplify their lives and achieve peace amongst the chaos by helping them prioritize what they truly enjoy over what weighs them down so they can create purpose driven lives with more time, money, freedom and love. Jackie is a Jersey girl at heart, loves to cook all food especially italian, is all about travel and experiencing life now before it's too late, has jumped out of a plane once and would do it again, and is passionate about creating freedom and adventure retreat experiences for women to be immersed in the life they desire and deserve. Jackie is now living her freedom life out loud and proud on the road as a full time nomad with her husband and 2 pups after leaving her 30 years of leadership management in the restaurant business. She loved mentoring hundreds of people to next levels in that career, and now gets to do it her own way and have the freedom she truly desired.
